Shipping & Processing Policy

All orders placed with Crowned by Ky require processing time before shipment.

Standard Lengths (18”, 20”, 22”)

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Made-to-Order Lengths (16” & 24”)

  • Require an additional 10–15 business days for processing

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Crowned by Ky is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
