Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Crowned by Ky does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions once an order has been placed.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our extensions are premium hair products, and we cannot guarantee their condition once they have left our facility. To protect the health and safety of all customers, we strictly enforce this policy.

Please Note

  • Opened, worn, altered, or tampered hair cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or device settings

  • We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, length guides, and FAQs before purchasing

Order Issues

If you receive the incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.
